The Founder

Nigel Wilson

Nigel established Value Turbine in 2022 after 30 years in technology consulting. He held several leadership and board positions with P&L accountability.

At Scott Logic, Nigel led the business through five years of sustained organic growth, from £12M to £40M consulting revenues. At BJSS, he authored BJSS Enterprise Agile, which won the Queen's Award for Enterprise Innovation, and led delivery quality across a £67m global portfolio.

Value Turbine exists because the challenges founders and leaders face in scaling a consulting business are specific, structural, and largely predictable. Most people navigate them alone, learning the hard way. The expertise Nigel has can remove obstacles and overcome these challenges.
